I’m pregnant, in the week I’m due to give birth, and I placed an order for 300 francs to stock up and be prepared. The order was supposed to arrive between 2 and 6 a.m. I went out several times during the night to check if it had arrived, because the last time they left it right in front of the entrance door of the building, blocking the way without calling me or ringing the Bell.
At 8:30 a.m., with nothing received, I called Farmy and I was told the order was delivered at 1:45 a.m. at my door, and they sent me a picture. The picture doesn’t match at all my front door.
They asked me to go check outside or see if the order was at the neighbors’ door. In the rain, 9 months pregnant, I walked around my block and saw nothing.
I understand mistakes with the address can happen, but besides the odd delivery times they have, what I find even worse is that they think it’s normal to leave a 300-franc order outside in the rain. The woman on the phone, who was impatient and tired of her job, insisted that their delivery policy had changed and now food orders are left outside, in the street and not in the inside front door. I don’t understand this. I’m sorry, but I won’t be ordering from Farmy again.
