Your customer service telephone hours from 9-12pm are terrible. Even between 9-12pm no one answers the telephone. I then left telephone messages which no one returned. I then sent email using your website which no one answered. I decided to send the 120chf product back and give my money to someone else who has more customer service mindset. I would like to buy around 2-3000chf in bedding in September for this upcoming winter but I will spend my money with someone else who has longer telephone customer service hours and sets up their customer service for what is best for their customers rather than making their customers work hard around what is easiest for the company.
